CSM was founded in 2017 to reverse the decline in Christian education. We want Christian schools to be prosperous lights on a hill on behalf of children. We partner with Christian schools to bring this about. Our mission is For Jesus; Through Mission; With Children

1. Struggling school and schools that are soon to go out of business.

Our delight is to bring hope to struggling schools and schools that are soon to go out of business. We believe the children/teens and money are there for 99.9% of Christian schools to be vibrant places of Christian witness. We partner with Christian school leaders and Board members to identify the journey that will take the school from the depths to the heights, all on behalf of children and to the glory of God. 2. Schools who are willing to interrogate reality and desire to go to the next level.

We are excited to work with schools that are doing well to take them to the next level in some area of the school’s operations. It might be to build enrollment for an additional section. It might be to develop a culture of philanthropy and double their annual giving. It might be to review and renew their schedule, changing the child’s daily and monthly experience and maximizing performance and morale. It might be to create the conditions for the next generation to benefit from a Christian education through Strategic Planning and Strategic Financial Management.

3. Schools who are combining.

We understand the cultural, business, and practical issues of school who want to merge and become stronger together. Our consultants have been in your situation, have experience of their own, have worked with schools within the context of CSM consulting, and want to help you in this exciting but daunting moment in your history.

4. Schools in leadership transition.

When a key leader (Principal, long-time administrator, key teacher leader) steps away, particularly at the highest levels of leadership, the school often can use a 3^rd party insight and steady partner to move through the transition. CSM does not do Head searches. Our services are at the strategic and operations levels as you navigate through a potentially difficult time. We know that times of transition can cause uncertainty among parents, donors, and even staff. Knowing how to handle that culture / emotion / loss transition is essential.
