Giving to CSM is investing in the Christian School Movement. CSM tithes its own revenues to invest back into the Christian School Movement. Your gift inspires and encourages us to do even more. “Still other seed fell on good soil. It came up and yielded a crop, a hundred times more than was sown” (Luke 8:8). Every dollar given enables us to speed up our work and extend knowledge into the Christian school community.

We have four main areas of need:

Hope Grants

CSM provides Hope Grants to support schools in affording consulting services. These schools are struggling and need expert advice and counsel in order to thrive into the future and serve many more children than they currently do. Grants range in size from $4,000 to $10,000.

Research Grants

CSM provides grants for doctoral or post doctoral research projects directly in Christian schools and classrooms. There is very little research that directly informs our own communities. We all need information to be able to better direct each Christian school’s vision. All research is of publishable standard and made available for free on the CSM website to the entire Christian school community. Grants range in size from $2,000 to $5,000.

Book Publishing

CSM desires to publish a book each year. There is a lack of management/leadership literature to support Christian school leaders. We have already taken incredible steps to meet this need but more continually needs to be done. And as we continue to learn and grow ourselves, books need to be updated. Publishing costs (not including paying the authors) are at about $5,000 per book – publishing and editing and design.

  • Teacher, Do You Love Me?

Online Training

CSM has begun an intentional and professional development of online management/leadership courses, created by design companies and informed by CSM teaching. These promote asynchronous learning and leadership development. They also allow leaders to dig deeper into specific Christian school areas of interest. Course development costs range from $8,000 to $15,000.

  • Trustee Online Training Level One
  • Trustee Online Training Level Two
  • Christian School Finances for Principals and Finance Committee Members
  • Student-led Teacher Parent Conferences
  • Vocation, College, and Careers: Guiding Students Toward God’s Calling.

Financial Need

We have more needs than we can fill. We need your help. Our goal for 2026 is $30,000. CSM will provide a portion of that through our revenue tithe. Please help us raise the remainder of about $15,000. If we can do better than that, we will be able to invest more in the four categories: Hope Grants, Research Grants, Book Publishing, Online Training.
