The Workload of a School Board Member



CSM’s Cord Principle states that the School Board (Board of Trustees) is one of the three organizational partners that operates the school. The Board establishes the mission, hires the Head of School, plans for the future, and provides the resources (money and facilities) needed for that plan to succeed. What does that imply for the individual School Board member (SBM)?
