Leading Unity in Christian Schools

There is a lot of talk amongst Christian school leaders about unity. That’s not necessarily the title of the conversation, but it is clearly the content of the conversation. In particular, there is dismay about the actions of the Board, of parents, sometimes of faculty, even occasionally of students. Boards can begin to micromanage and even undercut the authority of the Principal. Parents can go on Facebook and attempt to demean the school and individuals in it. Faculty can
create power blocks in order to get their own way. Students can gather cliques and despise their peers.
