Enrollment and the Christian School

Thinking about potential families and inviting them into the school community requires looking at both sides of the equation – what is the family doing and what should the school be doing?

The CSM Enrollment Model illustrate both of these sides. On the one side, the family seeks and then proceeds through the rest of the enrollment process. On the other side, the school has a responsibility to be proactive in the actions it takes in order to serve the family. This article will think about the process through the family’s eyes (on the left side). Another article will think about the process in terms of the school’s responsibility (on the right side).
