I have been in Christian education for almost four decades now as Head of School, consultant, writer, speaker, teacher. My experiences are both here in the United States as well as in Russia, Eastern Europe and Western Europe. I was deeply involved in assisting in the growth and development of Christian schools overseas as well as in serving and leading two schools here at home. Because of those varied experiences, I know a lot about what makes a Christian school thrive and the technical needs of school including board development, strategic planning, fund-raising for capital campaigns, accreditation.
I am passionate about communication, encouragement, and teaching in order spread the “good news” of Christ as well as Christian educational philosophy and methodology. Meeting and partnering with Christian school leaders is my motivation for being part of CSM.
I am currently Executive Director of the Mid-Atlantc Christian School Association (MACSA) and am also connected to Cairn University. Other appointments include:
Head of School (1999–2016)
Educational Consultant to Eastern Europe (1997-2000)
